The present invention relates to a novel recombinant tyrosinase derived from salt marsh bacteria. A novel tyrosinase protein with new properties which have not been known so far can be obtained through recombination of the tyrosinase after acquisition of genetic information on tyrosinase existing in salt marsh bacterial. The newly acquired tyrosinase of the present invention is highly active in a system with the presence of an acidic aqueous solution and an organic solvent, thereby having high industrial applicability.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
