According to the present invention, a core-shell anode in a nano-size is manufactured, to be used as an anode for a solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC), by using nickel (Ni)-metal (Fe, Co, Cu and so on) alloy powder as a core, yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ) powder as a shell, a hydrazine reducing agent, and an surfactant. The manufactured powder has a uniform nano-size, forms a nano-complex structure having a continuous network between particles of the same, inhibits contraction of the volume and carbon deposition in a reducing atmosphere, and thus significantly increases heat cycle stability and oxidation and reduction stability. In addition, the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a multi-cell type solid oxide fuel cell cell-stack with a uniform thickness by manufacturing and laminating a core-shell anode transfer sheet in a solid state as liquid slurry cannot be uniformly distributed or obtain a uniform thickness due to coagulation between particles when the liquid slurry is used for coating powder in a nano-size.
