The present invention relates to a micropump for microfluidic actuation, which inhales and discharges fluid. The micropump for microfluidic actuation comprises: a microchannel part which has a moving path for injected fluid; and a pumping part which moves the fluid by generating negative pressure or positive pressure in the moving path. A fluid inlet and an air inlet are formed in the moving path of the microchannel part to be connected to each other. The pumping part has elasticity and has a pumping space inside. The pumping space is connected to the air inlet and generates quantitative negative pressure or positive pressure according to the volume change of the pumping space, thereby allowing the fluid to flow in the moving path.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
