The present invention relates to a system capable of editing broadcasting content in real time based on a web, and a computer readable recording medium thereof. Particularly, the system capable of editing the broadcasting content in real time through a communications network, comprises: a communications module; a broadcast recording module for recording broadcasting content; a transcoding module for transcoding the recorded broadcasting content; and a management module for archiving the transcoded broadcasting content. The communications module of the system capable of editing broadcasting content in real time through a communications network receives the broadcasting content from one or more broadcasting service providers to be provided to the broadcast recording module, and may be configured to transmit the archived broadcasting content to one or more authenticated terminals from the management module. The archived broadcasting content can be edited in the authenticated terminals in real time through the system capable of editing broadcasting content in real time through a communications network.
