COMPOSITION FOR TREATING HEPATIC CANCER COMPRISING MESENCHYMAL STEM CELL TRANSFECTED WITH IL-12 EXPRESSING VECTOR AND THE TREATMENT METHODS USING THE SAME

The present invention relates to a composition for treating a liver cancer and a liver cancer treatment method of a mammal. The composition includes a mesenchymal stem cell transduced as an adenovirus vector which expresses an IL-12, and is used with radiotherapy in order to increase an expression of the IL-12 from the mesenchymal stem cell. By using the composition for treating a liver cancer, which includes the mesenchymal stem cell transduced as the adenovirus vector which expresses the IL-12, with the radiotherapy, the composition of the present invention can have less side effects than using an existing chemical method by inducing a cell death effect by increasing an anticancer immune effect inside a liver cancer cell, and can increase an effect of the radiotherapy.
