The present invention relates to a high-powered and high-electroconductive Fiber/particle mixed-type composite conductor, which ensures production of an electrode with increased capacity and high electroconductivity through surface-selective graphitization and pyrocarbon doping on a surface of a carbon nanofiber. The present invention further relates to a production method thereof, and to a high-powered and high-electroconductive fiber/particle mixed-type composite conductor produced thereby. According to the present invention, the production method comprises the following steps: (1) producing a Fe/Ni/Co/Mg catalyst; (2) producing the carbon nanofiber by means of the Fe/Ni/Co/Mg catalyst; (3) pyrocarbon-coating the carbon nanofiber; and (4) graphitizing the carbon nanofiber coated with carbon.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
