The present invention relates to a concurrent construction method of ground and underground building structures to construct a high-rise building in a city or in a built-up area. For this, steel frames and rebars are priorly installed in a column structure from the ground floor to the lowermost basement floor regardless of the column frame structure of a building, such as a steel structure, a reinforced concrete structure, and a steel framed reinforced concrete structure; a slab for the ground floor and subsequently for the first basement floor are constructed and completed; a column structure for the lowermost basement floor is formed in the same manner as above and a slab work for the lowermost basement floor is completed; and the construction of the bearing wall of the basement floors and the construction of the column structure, slab, and bearing wall of the ground floors are continuously and concurrently carried out when the column structure and slab of the basement floors are completed.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
