The present invention relates to a watertight structure of a ship thruster and to an installing method thereof. The ballast structure of a ship comprises: an inner dome sequentially stacked and combined on the installation surface of the floor of a thruster room while being divided vertically to seal an opening hole formed on the installation surface of the floor; and an outer dome sequentially stacked and combined on the installation surface of the floor of a thruster room through the upper part of the inner dome while being divided vertically to seal the outside of the inner dome. Moreover, the method for installing a watertight structure of a ship thruster comprises the steps of: blocking the opening hole formed on the installation surface of the floor by sequentially stacking and combining the vertically divided inner dome on the installation surface of the floor of the thruster room; and sequentially stacking and combining the vertically divided outer dome on the installation surface of the floor through the upper part of the inner dome.
