The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a composition for preventing and controlling a borer which enables to improve crop conditions for apples, and to a composition for preventing and controlling a borer manufactured thereby, which comprises: a first stirring step (S100) for stirring after inserting ethylene vinyl acetate, a melamine resin, and a glyoxal resin in a stirring container; a second stirring step (S200) for stirring while inserting an initiator in the container in the first stirring step; a first reaction step (S300) for reacting after inserting a polybutene resin, a silicon resin, a rubber resin, and an antifoaming agent in the stirring container in the second stirring step; a mixture aging step (S400) for aging the mixture obtained in the reaction step; a first cooling step (S500) for cooling the mixture obtained in the aging step; a second reaction step (S600) for reacting after inserting a polymerization stopper in the mixture obtained in the cooling step; a second cooling step (S700) for cooling the mixture obtained in the second reaction step; a foreign substance removal step (S800) for removing various foreign substances by penetrating the mixture obtained in the second cooling step through a fine net; and an inspection/package step (S900) for packaging per weight unit after inspecting the mixture obtained in the foreign substance removal step.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
