Disclosed are a desulfurizing agent supply device, which is appropriate for reducing sulfur contained in petroleum cokes during the combustion of the petroleum cokes, and a petroleum coke boiler including the same. Provided is a petroleum coke boiler with a desulfurizing function, comprising: a boiler including a combustion part with a burner for spraying petroleum coke powder fuel and a heat exchange part for exchanging the combustion heat of the petroleum coke powder; multiple spray nozzles arranged in the lengthwise direction of the boiler; and a classifier for distributing a desulfurizing agent to the multiple spray nozzles.
