The present invention relates to an LED encapsulant consisting of a high refractive and transparent siloxane hybrid resin, and a cross-linker for manufacturing the LED encapsulant. The present invention provides the LED encapsulant consisting of the siloxane hybrid resin by a hydrosilylation reaction between organic oligosiloxane and a cross-linker of oligohydrosiloxane, which is represented by the chemical formula 1, under the presence of a metal catalyst and optimizes a certain structure of the cross-linker designed to enable the siloxane hybrid resin to satisfy a refractive index of 1.52 or higher and a transmittance 95% or higher and have excellent heat resistance at 200°C for 72 hours or longer, thereby providing the LED encapsulant with enhanced material properties.
