The present invention relates to a 12/14 hybrid pole type bearingless switch reluctance motor, comprising a cylindrical rotor and a cylindrical stator, which surrounds the rotor. According to the present invention, the cylindrical stator includes stator poles extended from an inner surface of the stator in a radial shape and keeping mutual equidistant intervals. The cylindrical rotor includes 14 rotor poles extended from an outer surface of the rotor in a radial shape and keeping mutual equidistant intervals. According to the present invention, the stator poles comprise: first to fourth normal direction poles, separated from each other at an angle of 90° and first and fourth torque poles sequentially placed between the first to fourth direction poles. An arc of the first to fourth normal direction poles is bigger than a pitch of the rotor poles, and mutual overlapping areas between the rotor poles, facing the first to fourth normal direction poles, equally formed. According to the present invention, since the present invention has a short magnetic flux path without reverse flux, output torque is significantly improved as compared to the existing 8/10 hybrid stator pole BLSRM.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
