摘要

The present invention relates to an analysis technology of a heavy metal ion sample and, more specifically, relates to a microfluidic chip for heavy metal ion sample pretreatment, and an apparatus and a method to pretreat the heavy metal ion sample using the same. According to the present invention, the microfluidic chip for heavy metal ion sample pretreatment comprises: a body part having a capture chamber filled with cation exchange resin, and a flow channel to guide a liquid sample containing heavy metal ions to the capture chamber; a membrane part to cover and block an upper part of the flow channel; and a cover part to cover a membrane part. In the flow channel, a blocking wall to block flow of a fluid is prepared. Moreover, a pressure action groove located to correspond to the blocking wall is prepared on a surface in contact with the membrane part of the cover part; thereby providing the microfluidic chip for heavy metal ion sample pretreatment.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
