PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for removing simply and quickly from a sample solution, various impurities included in a heavy metal measuring sample solution and impeding measurement of a heavy metal when measuring a heavy metal (cadmium or the like).;SOLUTION: A method for removing impurities other than a heavy metal included in the heavy metal measuring sample solution includes: an addition process for adding an alkali metal salt and/or an alkaline earth metal salt, a heavy metal-nonbonding inorganic adsorbent, and an inorganic coagulant into the heavy metal measuring sample solution; and a solid-liquid separation process for performing solid-liquid separation of the heavy metal measuring sample solution after the addition process.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
