A method for cooking rice soup comprises a first step (10) of preparing ingredients for meat broth and ingredients for rice soup; a second step (20) of processing the ingredients; a third step (30) of making meat broth by using the ingredients for meat broth; a fourth step (40) of making rice soup by using the ingredients for rice soup; a fifth step (50) of serving and eating the rice soup cooked in the fourth step. In the fourth step (40) making rice soup by using the ingredients for rice soup, rice soup is provided by steps of: putting 100 g of beef in a pot, and stir-frying the beef until red meat turns brown; putting 100 g of a radish, and stir-frying the same for 1 to 2 minutes; adding 150 g of cabbage protecting the stomach and stir-frying the same within one minute; sufficiently putting 500 g of the prepared meat broth because the rice soup is soup, and boiling the same; and putting the rice soup in each earthen pot, and when the rice soup is boiled by fire of a gas stove, putting 20 g of a chopped green onion.
