An account managing system for providing a discretionary overall account and a method thereof are disclosed. The account managing system for providing a discretionary overall account comprises: an account setting module which provides an overall account including a selling unit and multiple asset accounts for each asset kind including different kinds of assets, to each client; an interface module which receives a management signal for managing the assets included in the overall account; and a control module which performs a management process of the assets included in the overall account to correspond to the received management signal, wherein the control module performs, when non-cash assets of the assets included in the asset accounts is substituted by the selling unit on the basis of a substitution signal output from a terminal of a first subject operating the overall account, a cashing process of selling the non-cash assets in accordance with a predetermined selling protocol or selling the non-cash assets on the basis of a selling signal from a second terminal of a second subject to deposit money acquired by selling to the selling unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
