CANNED KOREAN MUD SNAIL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR CANNED KOREAN MUD SNAIL

The present invention relates to a canned Korean mud snail which comprises: Korean mud snails prepared by washing water sediment on Korean mud snails with water including seawater or sea salt, removing shells thereof, and dehydrating the mud snails; and seasoning liquid prepared by sterilizing and purifying the water including the seawater or the sea salt which is used to wash the mud snails, and adding soy sauce, a seaweed extract, alcohol, refined salt, white sugar, liquid fructose, citric acid, L-sodium glutamate to the sterilized and purified water including the seawater or the sea salt. Accordingly, the water including seawater and sea salt which are used to wash water sediment on Korean mud snails is sterilized and purified to prepare seasoning liquid, and the seasoning liquid prepared by the process before is injected into a can in which mud snails are stacked, thereby maintaining unique taste and nutrients of Korean mud snails intactly.
