The present invention relates to: a radiation dose calculation method in various general radiography; a radiation dose method in general radiography to manage radiation dose history of individual patient by providing a patient dose calculation program for evaluating the patient effective dose in the general radiography and to minimize patient dose of radiation done for medical purposes; and a recording medium for recording the patient dose calculation program.
