The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a composite material having various electromagnetic properties according to a resin content and a radar-absorbing structure comprising the same. More specifically, the method comprises the steps of: adjusting a resin content in a prepreg including a reinforced fiber and a resin composed of a polymer-based resin and nano-materials; stacking subsidiary materials for molding, such as a peel ply, a perforated film and a bleeder on the prepreg; and performing autoclave molding, wherein pressure is applied to the stacked prepreg and subsidiary materials to leak the resin into the bleeder, thereby controlling electromagnetic properties, wherein a ratio of the polymer-based resin and nano-materials leaked into the bleeder varies according to the resin content by a filtering effect of the nano-materials, thereby changing electromagnetic properties. According to the method for manufacturing a composite material having various electromagnetic properties according to a resin content and a radar-absorbing structure comprising the same in the present invention, electromagnetic properties of the composite material, which varies according to a resin content by a filtering effect of nano-materials, are used to allow a user to design various radar-absorbing structures.
