The present invention relates to a big data-based user experience prediction apparatus and a method thereof. The big data-based user experience prediction apparatus according to the present invention performs prediction of information which is driver-related all information, that is, invisible meaningful information, and analyzes feedback information of a driver acquired through an intuitive UI reflected with the predicted information and the analyzed information, and updates the same in real-time. Moreover, the apparatus provides a predictable driving service through interaction with a car to the driver prior to self-driving car period in the future.
