The present invention relates to a salivary gland operation kit for diagnosing or operating salivary gland diseases. The salivary gland operation kit comprises: a salivary gland catheter inserted in the salivary gland pipe through an opening of the salivary gland pipe; and a guide core formed to be forwardly or backwardly moved in the salivary gland catheter to guide the intubation of the salivary gland catheter. The guide core has a blunt tip having a concave curve shape, and is inserted in the salivary gland catheter to be backwardly withdrawn from the salivary gland catheter. A front end of the guide core forwardly protrudes from a front end of the salivary gland catheter by penetrating through the salivary gland catheter. When the intubation of the salivary gland catheter is completed, the guide core is separated from the salivary gland catheter, so an injection path of salivary gland operation liquid is opened. According to the present invention, when the salivary gland catheter is inserted in a conduit opening part, the guide core having the blunt tip progresses to the conduit opening part prior to the salivary gland catheter, so the conduit opening part is expanded, and the intubation of the salivary gland catheter is guided. Accordingly, damage to the salivary gland pipe may be prevented when the catheter is inserted.
