Provided in the present invention is a method for manufacturing an environmentally friendly elastic one component tile adhesive, which comprises: a drying step of drying a container with nitrogen purge; a primary reaction step of generating a reaction product by stirring and reacting polyether polyol with an isocyanate-based component having an isocyanate group and dibutyltin dilaurate (DBTDL) in a nitrogen condition at 70-80°C; a secondary reaction step of having an NCO group end-capped by reacting the reaction product with amino trialkoxy silane in a nitrogen condition at 60-70°C; a reaction terminating step of terminating the secondary reaction step to synthesize silane terminated polyurethane, when NCO peak is not detected in an infrared spectrometer (IR); a mixing step of putting 25-35 wt% of silane terminated polyurethane, 5-20 wt% of a plasticizer, 0.5-4 wt% of a thickener including an amide wax-based organic thickener and an inorganic thickener by wt% into a mixer, and mixing the same; a temperature rising step of putting 25-40 wt% of precipitated calcium carbonate and 25-40 wt% of calcium carbonate and dispersing the same in high speed to raise the temperature up to 65-75°C by dispersion heat; and a dispersing step of putting 1-5% of a moisture absorbent and 0.5-1.5% of a tackifier uniformly, and mixing and dispersing the same at 70 cmHg or more.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
