A bucket chain guide roller for a continuous ship unloader is installed in a chain connection shaft of a continuous ship unloader to guide a chain. The bucket chain guide roller comprises: a guide bush inserted into the connection shaft; an inner bush into which the guide bush is inserted; an external roller into which the inner bush is inserted; a bearing unit interposed between the inner bush and the external roller; an integrated roller assembly attached to or detached from the guide bush at once; and a coupling member for coupling the inner bush with the guide bush. An integrated roller assembly is attached to or detached from the guide bush at once while the guide bush is fixed to the connection shaft to shorten a time for replacing the integrated roller assembly.
