A bucket chain guide roller for a continuous ship unloader comprises: a guide bush inserted into a connection shaft; an integrated roller assembly having an inner bush wherein the guide bush is inserted and having an outer roller wherein the inner bush is inserted and having a bearing unit interposed between the inner bush and the outer roller and uniformly attached and detached from the guide bush while the guide bush is fixated to the connection shaft; and a fastening groove and a fastening protrusion to fasten the inner bush to the guide bush. The fastening protrusion is guided by the fastening protrusion guide groove to be easily fastened with the fastening groove.
