The present invention relates to a dust collecting filter set for collecting fine dust or the like, and to a dust collecting filter manufactured by separately installing the dust collecting filter set with two stages or more in a case. The dust collecting filter comprises: an upper non-woven fabric formed with fine holes; a lower non-woven fabric formed with fine holes; and a film manufactured with PP, PE, or nontoxic cellophane paper, and positioned between the upper non-woven fabric and the lower non-woven fabric.
