The present invention relates to a structure used in a garment using bird feathers for circulating air in partitioned compartments and preventing the feathers therein from sticking out. The present invention forms a ventilating tape ensuring smooth air ventilation on the outer and inner fabrics by sewing the tape separately in order to enable the air circulating between the partitioned feather compartments on the front, back, upper, and lower parts, thereby ensuring excellent air calculation, bulking performance, and restorability while preventing the feathers from sticking out through sewing holes. The present invention partitions and forms the partitioned compartments (30) on the sewn points between the inner fabric and the outer fabric (20) and sews the ventilating tape (40) on the front, back, upper, and lower parts of the feather to ensure smooth air circulation. The ventilating tape (40) includes a mesh tape (41) and a diagonal polyester tape (42) sewn on the sides thereof.
