The present invention relates to a slab railway track repair apparatus forming one group with a slab panel transportation vehicle and a concrete pouring vehicle, and a slab railway track repair method capable of reducing a construction period and construction costs using the same. The present invention relates to the slab railway track repair apparatus forming one group with the slab panel transportation vehicle and the concrete pouring apparatus. The slab panel transportation vehicle comprises: a first power driving car to generate a dynamic power; a freight car connected to a rear of the first power driving car, and loaded with the slab panels; and a hoist which hangs and moves the slab panel on an upper part of the freight car. The concrete pouring vehicle comprises: a second power driving car to generate dynamic power; a truck connected to a rear of the second power driving car, and is installed with a concrete mixer; a ready mixed concrete car chute combined to a rear of the concrete mixer; and a concrete pouring pipe manufactured with a flexible material and combined with the ready mixed concrete car chute. The slab panel transportation vehicle and the concrete pouring vehicle are arranged for the rears thereof to face each other.
