According to the present invention, a method for decoding systematic raptor codes comprises: a first step of sharing a bit node of an LT code and an LDPC code; a second step of allocating a soft-decision information value as an initial soft-decision value of the bit node; a third step of allocating the soft-decision information value to tanner graphs about the LT code and the LDPC code separately as an initial soft-decision value, which is transmitted from the bit node to a check node; a fourth step of simultaneously calculating a soft-decision information value, which is transmitted from the check node toward the bit node, in the LT code and the LDPC code separately; a fifth step of simultaneously calculating a soft-decision information value, which is transmitted from the bit node to the check node, in the LT code and the LDPC code separately; a sixth step of calculating a soft-decision information value of the bit node; a seventh step of determining whether a repetitive decoding end condition is satisfied; and an eighth step of ending decoding when the repetitive decoding end condition is satisfied and feeding an updated value back to the third step when the repetitive decoding end condition is not satisfied.
