METHOD FOR GROWING SPROUT INCLUDING GREEN BEAN AND NUT SPROUT

The present invention relates to a method for growing sprouts. The method is used to grow soy beans, peanuts, mung beans, etc., and obtain bean or nut sprouts including the sprouts of the soy beans, peanuts, mung beans, etc. The method uses a mojavensis KJS-3 suspension to enhance the resistance to pathogens thereof. The method includes: a bean selection step of sorting beans from the ingredients including impurities and the beans to grow green bean or nut sprouts and washing the sorted beans with ozone water; a soaking step of soaking the washed beans in the mojavensis KJS-3 suspension until the volume of the washed beans grow by 2-2.5 times; a selection step of germinating the soaked beans and only selecting normal sprouts from the germinated beans; a watering step of storing the selected sprouts in a cultivation container to spray the mojavensis KJS-3 suspension once in every five minutes; a sterilization step of recovering the mojavensis KJS-3 suspension sprayed in the watering step and sterilizing the mojavensis KJS-3 suspension by using a photocatalyst; and a water temperature adjusting step of adjusting the temperature of the sterilized water generated in the sterilization step. The watering step, sterilization step, and water temperature adjusting step are repeated when the length of the bean and nut sprouts being grown does not reach an appropriate length.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
