The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a core-shell magnetic silica to which a metal ferrocyanide is fixed and a cesium or strontium adsorbent and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a core-shell magnetic silica to which a metal ferrocyanide is fixed by adding TEOS, AAPTMS, and ammonia water to a magnetite dispersion solution and interacting the same in the presence of a surfactant CTAB so as to obtain a core-shell magnetic silica in which a silica shell is formed on a magnetite core and an amine group is introduced on the surface, and then interacting the same with a compound containing a divalent metal and a compound containing a ferrocyanide, and to an adsorbent containing the core-shell magnetic silica to which a metal ferrocyanide is fixed and having a selective adsorptive power to cesium or strontium among radionuclides.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
