The present invention relates to a probe for quantitative detection of a carbon nanotube, a method for manufacturing the same, and a quantitative detection method of a carbon nanotube using the same. The probe for quantitative detection of a carbon nanotube according to the present invention uses a single ssDNA for wrapping a carbon nanotube, thereby having excellent consistency of experimental values in quantitative detection of a carbon nanotube, and having an effect of selectively detecting only a carbon nanotube from samples (soil and water system pollutants) of nature by quantitative detection of a carbon nanotube up to the amount of 10 ng/3ml or less and the concentration of ppb level.
