The present invention relates to a phosphorus-nitrogen composite reaction-type resin with excellent electromechanical properties, which can be produced by the following steps: acquiring a triazine novolac resin by reacting a triazine compound and a phenolic compound together in the presence of an acid catalyst; and then carrying out an additional reaction with 9,10-dihydrooxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide (DOPO). The present invention further relates to a production method thereof, and a composition comprising the resin. The resin of the present invention not only has flame retardancy which is a basic factor as a flame retardant, but also possesses excellent electromechanical properties.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
