SURGICAL LINEAR STAPLER FOR ACQUIRING TISSUE FOR PATHOLOGICAL EXAMINATION

The present invention relates to a surgical linear stapler for acquiring a tissue for pathological examination, wherein the tissue can be acquired stably and conveniently without any damage by a staple in suturing and cutting a surgical region. To this end, in the present invention, provided is a surgical linear stapler which comprises: a staple cartridge containing staples for suturing a surgical region; a lower jaw having a cartridge receiving groove for receiving the staple cartridge; an upper jaw corresponding to the lower jaw to clamp the surgical region; and a cutter disposed at the rear side of the staple cartridge to cut the surgical region disposed between the upper jaw and the lower jaw while moving in a longitudinal direction of the staple cartridge by external force. The staple cartridge includes: a cutter guide portion guiding the cutter to move in a longitudinal direction of the staple cartridge; and a cartridge body having a first staple discharge hole and a second staple discharge hole disposed at both sides of the cutter guide portion, wherein the first staple discharge hole is formed farther away from the cutter guide portion than the second staple discharge hole in order to ensure an area of a tissue for pathological examination, which will be not damaged by the staple.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
