The present invention provides a composite for diagnosis to quantitatively measuring osteoblast differentiation, comprising: a fluorescent material; hydroxyapatite; and gold nanoparticles. The composite for diagnosis to quantitatively measuring osteoblast differentiation according to the present invention shows a fluorescent signal while an encapsulated fluorescent material comes out after particles are decomposed by phosphatase produced by osteoblast differentiation, and has effects of diagnosing and monitoring phosphatase activity without pre-treatment such as cell lysis due to using an optical image when differentiating osteoblasts.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
