The present invention relates to triphenylphosphonium (TPP)-poly(epsilon-caprolactone) (PCL)-triphenylphosphonium (TPP) (TPCL) polymer, and to a composition for mitochondria-targeted nanodrug delivery using the polymer. The synthesized dumbbell-shaped TPP-PCL-TPP (TPCL) polymer forms a nanoparticle through self-assembly in water and plays a role as an anticancer drug capable of killing cancer cells itself and also a transporter capable of delivering various drugs into a cell.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
