The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for reducing cellulite, containing a fermented rice bran extract and a bitter orange extract, and more specifically, to a cosmetic composition for reducing cellulite, containing a fermented rice bran extract and a bitter orange extract, wherein the extracts show strong synergetic effects in terms of cellulite reduction.
