The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition and a skin external application which contain a fruit body extract, a mycelium extract, and culture liquid of Daedaleopsis tricolor. More particularly, the present invention relates to the cosmetic composition and the skin external application which contain a filtrate obtained from the fruit body extract of Daedaleopsis tricolor, a filtrate obtained from the mycelium extract of Daedaleopsis tricolor, or the culture liquid obtained by culturing fruit bodies of Daedaleopsis tricolor as an active ingredient.
