The present invention relates to a green potable water dispenser equipped with a heat exchange hot water generating part, which is configured to save energy by allowing unheated water to be heated into tepid water and to be additionally heated by a heater for use as hot water or as it is by coming in contact with and exchanging the heat with a compressor or a condenser among the compressor, the condenser, a capillary tube and an evaporator forming a cooling cycle for cool water making, ice making, refrigerating, room cooling or the like. According to the present invention, the green potable water dispenser equipped with a heat exchange hot water generating part comprises: a cooling part which uses a coolant circulating via a compressor, a condenser, a capillary tube and an evaporator; an unheated water supply part; and a heat exchange hot water generating part equipped with a heat exchange part where a compressor, a condenser or a condenser of the cooling part or all of these are in contact with the unheated supply part.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
