The present invention relates to a solid substrate on which amino group-containing metal phyllosilicate is immobilized and which is used for conversion of carbon dioxide into at least one among bicarbonate, a bicarbonate salt, carbonate, and a carbonate salt. The present invention further relates to a use thereof. In addition, the present invention relates to a method for producing the solid substrate on which the amino group-containing metal phyllosilicate is immobilized.
