Disclosed are a product order system and a product order method. When a user terminal is connected to the product order system, a server provides a webpage of a webpage database; receives a desired product, a skin type, and performance from the user terminal; and receives selection for a material to manufacture the product corresponding to the skin type and the performance. When the material is selected, the server calculates and provides product costs by applying a unit cost to the amount of materials applied by combination standard. When the product is finally ordered, the server orders the product. A consumer can find the product suitable for the skin type or the performance. The server manages opening or management of a member store or the supply of the material or the product according to necessity. The server is provided to check the material of the product, or the input and the output of the product, thereby efficiently managing stocks.
