The present invention relates to a method for producing fermented oil and a polysaccharide-emulsifying agent at the same time, which comprises the steps of: i) culturing Pseudozima sp. SY16 (KCTC 8950P) in a culture solution mixed with a basic medium and vegetable oil; and ii) collecting fermented oil and a polysaccharide-emulsifying agent, by centrifugation of the cultured product. The method is capable of significantly reducing a production process due to 6 to 12 hours required for production of the fermented oil and the polysaccharide-emulsifying agent.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
