The present invention relates to an operation expense reducing type dehumidifying device (100) used for controlling internal humidity and characterized by including: a dehumidifying rotor (110) absorbing moisture contained in air received therein; a condenser (120) installed in an air passage through which air flows into the dehumidifying rotor (110) and condensing a coolant compressed at high temperatures and high pressures by a compressor (122); a regenerative fan (130) discharging air used for drying the dehumidifying rotor (120) to the outside and circulating the air inside the device; a free cooler (140) absorbing ambient heat by evaporating the coolant expanded by an expansion valve into a gas at low pressures and low temperatures to cool regenerated air circulated inside the device by the regenerative fan (13) or external air received inside; a drain fan (150) receiving and collecting condensate generated by the free cooler (140); a heat exchanger (160) installed to cool air, which is dehumidified by the dehumidifying rotor (110) by being received from the free cooler (140), by heat-exchanging the air with the condensate collected by the drain fan (150); and a supply fan (170) discharging the air gone through the heat exchanger (160) and supplying the air to an indoor space. The present invention is capable of reducing operation expenses in the summer and reducing an installation capacity by eliminating an after cooler and reusing the condensate. Accordingly, the present invention is capable of reducing an installation space by reducing the size of the device.
