According to the present invention, a micro combined heat and power generator having a latent heat exchanger cover having a mixture gas flow passage formed therein comprises: a stirling engine heated by an engine burner to produce electricity; and an auxiliary boiler installed on an upper portion of the stirling engine and provided with a sensible heat exchanger and a latent heat exchanger to produce hot water. After forming a flow passage in which exhaust gas heating the stirling engine flows through a side of the latent heat exchanger through a connection pipe, the exhaust gas flows from an upper portion to a lower portion of the latent heat exchanger to exchange heat. The micro combined heat and power generator includes a cover having a flow passage of mixture gas which is sealed in a partially opened case of the latent heat exchanger to exchange heat with high temperature heat produced by the exhaust gas flowing through the flow passage, and flows into the engine burner therein to receive the high temperature heat of the exhaust gas for high temperature combustion.
