The present invention relates to polyphenol, particularly, a flavonoid, a benzoic acid derivative, steel chopping solenoid, solenoid kalko, chromones, and glycosylation of the coumarin derivative to enzyme catalysis. In one aspect, the present invention provides an enzyme which catalyzes a glycosylated polyphenol, a) SEQ ID NO: the amino acid sequence according to one of SEQ ID NO: 7-12 or, b) SEQ ID NO: 1-6 the sequence of a nucleotide sequence encoded by a nucleic acid which comprises (encoding) or, c) wherein a) and b) in the definition of an enzyme to one of the homologous or, d) SEQ ID NO: 1-6 of the Sequence of the a nucleotide sequence containing the sequence provides an enzyme encoded by a nucleic acid that hybridizes under stringent conditions with the complementary nucleic acid.
