The present invention is to provide a system and a method for the creation of sea route information based on identical feature and environmental characteristics of a ship. The system can provide an optimal route for the voyage of a ship, can reduce unnecessary fuel consumption by providing a practical moving path that the ship moves along a route point, and can provide optimized route information. The system of the present invention includes a storage part for storing ship information and moving information; and a control part which receives the ship information and the moving information stored in the storage part and generates a rotation path in consideration of the ship information and the moving information.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
