THE PREPARING METHOD FOR MAKING A HOT DOG MADE OF SUN-DAE

The present invention relates to a hot dog made of Korean sausage (sundae) and a method for preparing the same. More specifically, the hot dog made of sundae is prepared by the following processes of: mixing a predetermined amount of pepper leaf powder with flour or frying powder; applying the mixed powders to the surface of a nude sundae and additionally applying bread crumbs onto the same; and frying the sundae coated with the mixed powders and bread crumbs. Therefore, the hot dog made of sundae, which is cooked through the above processes and then provided, has an excellent appearance unlike a conventional sundae with exposed clotted blood from slaughtered cows and pigs (seonji) so as to be easily consumed by all ages and sexes without repulsion unlike the conventional sundae by using a mixture of powdered pepper leaves, thereby facilitating the consumption thereof.
