A health care system using a user terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a storage unit for storing childs status information transmitted from the user terminal and environmental information; a health status analysis unit for analyzing childs health status based on the childs status information and environmental information stored in the storage unit; and a response plan derivation unit for deriving a response plan of the user according to the result analyzed by the health status analysis unit.
