Disclosed is a loan transaction management system for managing stocks of customers enrolled in a rental pool for a loan transaction. The loan transaction management system comprises: a rental management unit, and a rental process unit. The rental management unit manages the balance of a plurality of rental accounts added to the rental pool. And the rental process unit sequentially assigns from the rental account having the largest lendable quantity while assigning to lend for the quantity of an assigning unit to each rental account having the lendable quantity of more than or equal to a preset assigning unit quantity of the rental accounts having a borrowing target event.
