The present invention discloses a method and an apparatus for evaluating whether arts are suitable for exhibition, and a system including the same, wherein among the plurality of evaluation items, for all of artistic value, artistic reliability, and a commercialization possibility, which are classified as subjective evaluation standard, scores are determined through experts evaluation, and for all of artists history, diversity of artworks, artists participation history, work readiness, and price adequacy, which are classified as objective evaluation standard, each of the scores is extracted from an exhibition database. Suitability of arts for exhibition is evaluated based on the sum of scores obtained by applying the target weight to the sores of the respective evaluation items. The system for evaluating whether arts are suitable for exhibition may comprise: an artwork terminal which applies for exhibition artwork registration by providing artist information and artwork exhibition information; an expert terminal which evaluates artistic value, artistic reliability, and a commercialization possibility for the artwork, according to the application for exhibition artwork registration from the artwork terminal; and an apparatus for evaluating whether arts are suitable for exhibition, whereby among the plurality of evaluation items, artistic value standard score, artistic reliability standard score, and a commercialization possibility standard score, which are classified as subjective evaluation standard, are provided from the expert terminal, and for all of artists history, diversity of artworks, artists participation history, work readiness, and price adequacy, which are classified as objective evaluation standard, each of the scores are extracted from an exhibition database, and whether each of the arts is suitable for exhibition is evaluated based on the sum of scores obtained by applying the target weight to the sores of the respective evaluation items.
