The present invention provides a method for evaluating and standardizing quality of So Cheong Ryoung Tang (an oriental medicine) by using (2E, 4E, 8Z, 10E)-N-isobutyldodeca-2,4,8,10-tetraenamide as a standard material. More specifically, the method for evaluating quality of So Cheong Ryoung Tang includes the following steps of: producing a So Cheong Ryoung Tang extract by extracting a portion of the So Cheong Ryoung Tang; and measuring a standard material content of the So Cheong Ryoung Tang included in the extract. The quality to be evaluated is an anti-inflammatory effect of the So Cheong Ryoung Tang. The standard material is (2E, 4E, 8Z, 10E)-N-isobutyldodeca-2,4,8,10-tetraenamide. Further, in the present invention, provided is the So Cheong Ryoung Tang for anti-inflammation manufactured by using the method for standardizing quality.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
